Shirley Elliott started Shelby's in 1991 on the cliffs of Laguna Beach in the beautiful Laguna Village. She provides sized toe rings and thumb rings in sterling silver, 14K gold-fill, and 14K gold. For years, customers have been returning for her wonderfully unique and creative anklets and jewelry selections.
Shirley creations have long been the staple of Shelby's
unique handcrafted designs. Many items found in the Laguna Beach retail store are considered one-of-a-kind or limited due to the fact that many of them are designed and handcrafted using limited materials or simply for the fun of creativity.
